Project Description:
In Creators Studio Griffin and I made Marshmallow guns which shot up to 40 feet and shot very fast. Also, we discovered that you could shoot multiple marshmallows, like a shotgun.

Materials:
In this project we used 22 inches of 1/2 PVC pipe (1/2 is a the nominal diameter, its actual outer diameter is closer to 7/8 inch), 2 end caps, 2 three way junctions, and 2 elbows. We also used a few feet of black and green electrical tape.

Tools:
In this project we used a clamp, handsaw to hold down the PVC while we cut it ,and a pair of scissors to cut the tap

Challenges:
The biggest challenge in this project was trying to figure out to shoot the gun because there was no manual on how to do so. However, we figured out that you had to put the marshmallow in the gun and then blow it down the tube to build up pressure so it would ROCKET out when you shot it.

Fun:
The best thing about the project was actually shooting the guns at targets.

Learn:
We learned that you cannot shoot something if it does not have a build up of pressure or air. Also,  we learned that sometimes when things get difficult that you cant give up.
